£4.2m Series D Equity funding round completed for Heliex Power

Kinetix Corporate Finance acted for Heliex Power Limited in its Series D equity funding round.

Heliex Power designed, manufactures and sells a unique packaged generator system which harvests low grade (waste) steam to recover energy and convert it to electricity. The investment round was led by the Scottish Investment Bank through its Scottish Venture Fund with follow on funding from Greencoat Capital and BP Ventures
