Kinetix was established in 2010 as an independent, internationally focused, advisory firm dedicated to working with companies and investors addressing innovation through technology.
Kinetix provides M&A, capital raising and consultancy services addressing a wholly international and cross-border client base and transaction focus. Its key sectors are Cleantech & Circular Economy, Deeptech & Digital Economy, Fintech & Financial Services, and Healthtech and Life Sciences.
Kinetix clients are innovators, frequently in the vanguard of change disrupting established industries, delivering sustainable solutions and driving efficiency. A common theme is the use of Digital Technologies, as well as innovation in Materials Technology and Scientific Discovery.
Kinetix's partners have decades of mainstream Investment Banking experience from Lehman Brothers, BNP Paribas, Hambros, GE Capital, PWC and Arthur Andersen. Bringing long-standing corporate, private equity and venture capital relationships to the benefit of their clients.
Kinetix became a founding member of the Advisiom Global M&A network in 2026 to extend its reach across North America, Asia and Europe through a network of outstanding boutique M&A firms.
In addition, we have a tax and due diligence relationship with HaysMac in London, a 40-partner chartered accountancy firm.
