Acquisition of UK Life Science Translation business, Zebra Translations, by Conversis Life Sciences

UK life sciences translation services company, Conversis Life Sciences (“Conversis”) has acquired Zebra Translations. Conversis was advised by Kinetix Corporate Finance (KCF).

About Converis:
Headquartered in Oxford, England, Conversis is a highly niche translation services company, with a specialism in life science clinical trials and, in particular, patient recruitment and retention. Its clients include global Clinical Research Organizations and pharmaceutical companies.

The acquisition gives Conversis both additional scale and a highly complementary additional specialism via Zebra’s expertise in medical and pharmaceutical regulatory affairs translation.

Together, the two organisations have an arguably unique combination of technical expertise and a reputation for excellence in life sciences translation.
