July 2022: Oxford-based IFA Critchleys Financial Planning (“Critchleys FP”) sold to private equity-backed IFA consolidator, Wren Sterling
About Critchleys FP
Headquartered in Oxford, England, Critchleys FP is a long-established, regional IFA, led by Jason McGuigan, with circa £150m assets under management and 300 household clients. The rebranded Critchleys FP will provide Wren Sterling with a new hub in Oxfordshire to complement its eight other locations around the UK.
The vendor was Critchleys, the leading accountancy, tax, and human resource consultancy firm in Oxfordshire.
