January 2021: UK Fintech business, Time For Advice Limited (“Time4Advice”), has been acquired by IntegraFin Holdings plc. Time4Advice and its shareholders were advised by Kinetix Critchleys Corporate Finance (KCCF).
Headquartered in Norwich, England and employing over 40 staff, Time4Advice is a specialist software provider for financial planning and wealth management firms in the UK.
The acquisition will help scale Time4Advice, accelerating software development and allowing it to expand its reach. It will enable IntegraFin Holdings plc, via its ownership of leading UK wrap platform, Transact, to enhance Platform and adviser back office processes.
Together, the two organisations have an arguably unique combination of technical expertise and detailed understanding of financial planning and wealth management. Time4Advice will remain a separate legal entity and retain its distinct brand. Co-founders Roland Rawicz-Szczerbo and Mitchell Philpott will both remain with the company.
Roland Rawicz-Szczerbo, co-founder of Time4Advice, commented:“When we started this project, we interviewed quite a number of firms that offered a similar service but Kinetix Critchleys impressed us with their contacts, approach and domain knowledge and so we selected them as our professional advisors as we believed they understood us and what we were trying to achieve more than the others. Our experience has been nothing but positive and we would wholeheartedly recommend them.”
KCCF Partner Ray Barrett commented:“We are delighted to have assisted Time4Advice on this exciting next step in its development. This should prove to be a super smart move by both Time4Advice and IntegraFin and we wish both well.”
