UK retail financial planning business, Chester Rose – Independent Financial Planning (‘Chester Rose’) has completed its latest M&A acquisition capital fundraise to enable it to continue on its UK IFA acquisition roll-up journey.
Chester Rose was advised by Kinetix Corporate Finance.
Chester Rose is a UK retail financial services group that advises retail clients on their personal investments, helping them plan their financial futures. Founded in 2020, Chester Rose is the second IFA consolidation business created by IFA sector veteran, Richard Dunbabin – the first being Ascot Lloyd, which Richard sold to US private equity house Oaktree Capital Management in 2013.
